Devoucoux gives massive boost to BHS Scotland membership drive

Devoucoux gives massive boost to BHS Scotland membership drive

French saddlery company Devoucoux is generously supporting a special BHS Scotland membership drive this August by offering to fit one of their bespoke saddles to one lucky new recruit and their horse.

Every new member that joins The British Horse Society at the Thirlestane Scottish Championships or Blair International Horse Trials and Country Fair will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win their very own custom made Devoucoux saddle for the discipline of their choice.

Loraine Young, Chairman of BHS Scotland, said: "A Devoucoux saddle retails at well over £2,000, so we are indebted to the company for being so generous in their support of us this August.

"Anyone considering BHS membership at this time really ought to try and join at these events because they could find themselves the proud owner of a beautiful personal hand crafted saddle."

Tricia Bracegirdle, Devoucoux representative for Scotland, added: "Our saddles are all about giving people the confidence to ride to the top of their ability and get pleasure out of their horses and we feel this is akin to the job the British Horse Society does.

"Quite simply people get more out of their riding as BHS members and when they ride with a Devoucoux saddle - so we are happy to support the BHS and help as many people as possible to discover the reassurance that BHS membership can bring."
