It excitingly presents the first ever opportunity for horse owners and equestrian enthusiasts to learn more about all aspects of holistic horse care under one roof.
| Visitors will be wowed by breath-taking demonstrations in the performance arena from highly regarded experts such as leading western rider David Deptford, international dressage rider Lucinda McAlpine and equine biomechanist Gillian Higgins. They can enjoy the informative intimacy of the Holisitc Horse Therapy Centre, where the benefits of specific holistic therapies and products will be showcased. They can learn more about the importance of feeding and biomechanical riding techniques and about complementary therapies such as Shiatsu, Physiotherapy, McTimoney, Bowen and Veterinary Acupuncture. Pony-mad children and their parents will love Lynn Henry's daily Think like a pony demonstration which explains the world from a pony's point of view. It shows how ponies think, why they act the way they do and what's important to them. This will be a fun interactive session for children of all ages. Families can browse and shop in the fabulous Holistic Horse Shopping Mall, take advantage of one-to-one discussions with holistic experts in the ‘Ask The Experts' area and enjoy delicious snacks and lunch in the café and bistro. |

The Holistic Horse Show runs on 24, 25 and 26 October at Unex Towerlands in Essex. Advance tickets cost £12.50 or £15 on the door, with free entry for children under five years old. A daily family ticket for four costs £45 (available on the door only) and on the Friday you can take advantage of a group booking discount price of £11 per person for groups of 10 or more.
