FEI European Eventing Championships 2009 Review DVD Launched

Equestrian Vision launches HSBC FEI European Eventing Championships 2009 Review DVD

Equestrian Vision is delighted to announce the release of the HSBC FEI European Eventing Championships 2009 official review DVD.  Showing all the best cross country action along with highlights of the dressage and show jumping finale, this title is a must for all British eventing fans and makes the perfect gift this Christmas.

With British Team Gold and Individual Gold for Tina Cook and Miner's Frolic, these championships were a truly memorable occasion for the British Team.  In the build up to the 30th running of these Championships, the Germans were clear favourites to lift the team title having already secured World and Olympic Gold.  Great Britain have won the last seven European team titles but few expected them to lead after the dressage and then sweep all before them, despite Badminton winner Flint Curtis not being on top form.

Kristina Cook (GBR) won Silver at the Europeans in 1993 on Song & Dance Man and took a brilliant Bronze in Hong Kong last year in the Olympics on Miners Frolic.

FEI European Eventing Championships 2009 Review DVD Launched

Despite her concerns about the cross country course not suiting her long striding majestic thoroughbred, she would lead from start to finish on Miners Frolic to claim her first Gold although the winning margin in the end was less than a second from the ‘find' of the event, Piggy French (GBR) and Some Day Soon.
Team Gold went to Great Britain with Italy taking the Silver medal and Belgium took Bronze at this year's European Eventing Championships in France.  DVD, approx 80 mins.  RRP £19.99.

Equestrian Vision offers a large selection of DVDs, CD ROMs and games for all riders.  These include inspirational training with top riders, fascinating documentaries, educational programmes and thrilling reviews of the year's top competitions.  For more information, visit http://www.equestrianvision.co.uk where you will find all the latest release information, and trailers of our new titles, and the new EV-Online Viewing Service, as well as our online shop.  For further enquiries or mail order by telephone, call 01403 864173.
