WIN Tickets for The British Jumping Derby Meeting at Hickstead June 25 to June 28
WIN Tickets for The British Jumping Derby Meeting at Hickstead - June 25 to June 28 How to win tickets Clear rounds in the DFS Derby are hard to come by. It has been five years since John Whitaker and Buddy Bunn jumped a faultless round to claim the Derby of 2004. Last year's victors, William Funnell and Cortaflex Mondriaan, managed a clean sheet in the second round to take the spoils after Geoff Billington frustratingly lowered the infamous Derby rails in both rounds. |
Friday is an important one on the schedule. Horses which have won the DFS Derby in previous years get an automatic place among the starters, but Friday's Derby Trial, with enhanced prize money of £16,000, decides who will fill the remaining places - and there's only 35 to start.
