The Pony Club Novice Championships The Pony Club Novice Championships, organized and hosted by The Cheshire Hunt North Branch of The Pony Club on August 29th-30th have run really well at their new venue of Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre. The weather yet again proved reasonably kind for the 650 Pony Club Members, from all over the UK, competing across the disciplines of Pony Club Novice Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing. | |
"We are so pleased with how the new venue has worked for us" commented David Knowles, Secretary of The Novice Championships. "We have been able to extend both the onsite stabling area, shopping village and generally been able grow this grassroot championship, generously sponsored by NFU Mutual".
It is hoped that the larger venue with allow for organic growth of The Novice Championships in the coming years.
