The Pony Club Tetrathlon
The Pony Club Tetrathlon The Pony Club Tetrathlon Championships will be taking place August 21st-23rd at Hartpury College, Gloucestershire. The Championships are generously sponsored by Mitsubishi Motors and incorporate the disciplines of running, cross country riding, shooting and swimming. The Pony Club Tetrathlon provides a gateway for young people into Modern Pentathlon, seen in previous Spooner's and West Dartmoor Pony Club Member Heather Fell, whose progression through Pony Club saw her win a silver medal in the Modern Pentathlon at the 2008 Beijing Olympics! |  |
"Hartpury College is a fantastic base for the Tetrathlon Championships", comments Sally Lawton, Secretary for The Pony Club Tetrathlon. "Hartpury give us a sound base for the riding, running and shooting phases with their brilliant sports facilities, and the GL1 Leisure Centre is just a short journey for the swim phase".
The Pony Club Tetrathlon Championships are open to spectators free of charge, with hot and cold food available to purchase, so why not some and see what Pony Club Tetrathlon is all about?
