Bowen Therapy for horses, riders and also dogs helps to relieve stiffness, tightness and enhance health. The benefits include lowering of stress levels, and rebalancing and realignment of the body without any bone cracking or harsh movements instilling relaxation and allowing the body to heal itself.
Bowen Technique works well with my training strategies as tightness and stiffness in horses and riders is detrimental and often inhibits progress.
