James Gray Verdict Date Set

James Gray Verdict Date Set

Horse trader James John Gray (DOB 05/09/1963), his wife Julie Gray (DOB 24/05/1967), daughters Jodie (DOB 12/09/1982) and Cordelia Gray (DOB  29/05/1988) and a juvenile male who cannot be named for legal reasons, are  appealing against various convictions for animal welfare offences following  a prosecution brought by the RSPCA.
 
The evidence has now been heard and the verdict is due at 10am on Thursday 6  May 2010 at Aylesbury Crown Court. If necessary sentencing will take place on  Wednesday 12 May, also at Aylesbury Crown Court at 10am.
