James Gray Court Case Starts January 2010

Horse trader James John Gray (DOB 05/09/1963), his wife Julie Gray (DOB 24/05/1967), daughters Jodie (DOB 12/09/1982) and Cordelia Gray (DOB 29/05/1988)* and a juvenile male who cannot be named for legal reasons, are appealing against various convictions for animal welfare offences following a prosecution brought by the RSPCA.
 
The case is due to begin on Monday 11 January 2010 at 10am at Bicester Magistrates Court sitting as Aylesbury Crown Court and is listed for five weeks.
 
* James Gray, his wife Julie and daughter Cordelia are from Spindle Farm, Hyde Heath, Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Cordelia's sister Jodie Gray is from Park Road, Ashford, Middlesex.
